And it all came back so clearly--the arrival of the man with the fork, and then his fairly triumphant departure, somewhat more electrified than before, having found for me an outlet that would please my odd vazaha inclinations.
I will add a caption. That's Tana, the capital city. It doesn't all look like that--there are areas without rice paddies--but the rice fields are visible from much of the city, and they encroach.
Your provisioning is real improvisation, I’m not sure that REI qualifies as your preferred outfitter. And hauling a 50# AMG battery around for field research, that’s called dedication. I thought the human voltmeter was a respectable man until you revealed 220V, placing himself squarely in a sadistic realm. That’s not a place for me. Fun read for me.
